Internet Access Campaign

I sent this email to some but I do not have everyone's emails so I thought I would post it here too!  It is currently my ninth week volunteering at a local organization called Seeds of Hope and I love it more and more each day. I tutor kids ages 6-18 on their homework, teach lessons when necessary, and encourage hygiene and physical activity by having them brush their teeth every day and taking them to the park to either play sports or do relays weekly! The kids have hearts of gold and are so genuine and happy! However, as you know in this day and age, technology and internet access are necessary components of education. Regularly teachers assign homework that involves using the internet and we currently only have two computers with over 50 students total. My fellow volunteers and I would like to provide the students more access to the internet by buying new tablets for the organization. All donations will go directly to this cause and I can personally guarantee you that it will be put to good use.
