1st (delayed) update!!

So I have been here for just under two weeks which is crazy! I feel both that time is flying and also that this already feels like a comfortable home. Huaraz is beautiful, as is Peru in general! I am in my second week of teaching, which is going well and I feel my Spanish improving already. This past weekend I went camping in the mountains with my co-volunteers as well as some locals which was fun, except for the bull that I ran into when I woke up. I really miss my family and friends but overall I feel like I am adjusting well and am excited to get into a routine here!
